About Leading Success
Leaders and managers know that happiness at work matters. But what does happiness mean? How can we measure it? And what happens to organisations when they get happiness right?
Happiness and wellbeing are critical for all companies because they undeniably lead to better performance and success for everyone involved. But how does happiness drive growth and how should business leaders develop happier companies?
At this session, former MD of Waitrose, Mark Price will outline why the opportunity represented by happiness is huge for all organisations. Using real-world examples, he will explain why happiness metrics matter and how you can create a happiness plan that boosts performance.
