About The Chimp Model
The Chimp Model is a powerful mind management model that can help you become a happy, confident, healthier and more successful person. The model represents over 30 years of Professor Peters’ work in the clinical field of psychiatry, distilled into a simple framework that makes neuroscience simple, accessible and actionable.
It’s essential to understand how your mind works so you can better manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. We'll explore with Steve Peters how to apply the Chimp Model to the world of work, helping you to get the best out of yourself, as well as your work colleagues, partners and clients.
Remember that managing your emotions is a skill, and it needs practice. You’ll come away with lots of new ideas about how to improve the performance and wellbeing of yourself and your organisation.
