About Crazy Busy
When it comes to productivity, we don’t need more effort, we need more clarity. Cutting through the noise to focus on priorities has become the new superpower.
In this essential talk we’ll explore all the blockers to getting things done: Productivity Drag. This is the crazy busy chronic fiction that compounds to slow down operations such as unclear outcomes, inefficient meetings, poor communication, bureaucracy, lengthy decision-making, too many touch-points/sign offs and endless digital interruptions.
Research shows we waste as much as 40% of our time in this way: days of your precious time and energy being lost. Removing this drag is the vital bridge between strategy and delivery. It increases productivity and profitability per head.
