About Kirk Vallis

Kirk Vallis helps his fellow Googlers use creativity to solve problems. He does this in two ways - facilitating teams through projects and working sessions where fresh or disruptive thinking is required. He also builds the confidence and capability in others to do it for themselves.

Where time permits, away from Google, Kirk acts as an advisor, mentor and public speaker. He advises non-competing organisations to help them develop creative capability at all levels in their organisations. Kirk also currently leads a module on creative problem solving for both the English Football Association UEFA Pro coaching licence and their Technical Director program.

Kirk is an ambassador for Moving Ahead, a social enterprise focussed on helping drive greater diversity in business all over the world.
