About Make Life Happier
Happiness can sound like a personal subject. But the way we manage our own wellbeing, connect with others and find meaning in what we do has profound implications for how we lead.
In this virtual session, Dr Mark Williamson will draw on his new book Make Life Happier to share practical lessons from fifteen years at the forefront of wellbeing research. He’ll explore how purpose, realistic optimism, stronger relationships, better listening and everyday acts of kindness can change the way we work with others and lead our teams.
Mark’s science-backed approach is refreshingly practical: experiment, notice what works and build better habits. You’ll leave with simple, evidence-based ideas to improve your own working life, strengthen the experience of the people around you and create a happier, more human environment in which people can thrive.
