Leadership New world of work Resilience

About The Leadership Forecast

The 'forecast, plan and execute' model of leadership is broken. The future is more uncertain than ever. In this age of ambiguity and anxiety, what are the crucial skills that leaders must have? How can we shape the future?

We can’t plan for the future; the world is too complex. This event won’t provide you with a map or a how-to-guide, but it will help you prepare. Margaret Heffernan will give you the tools to navigate through uncertainty; she’ll show you why we must experiment, collaborate and invent. In uncertainty, leaders can find the creativity, ambition and the resilience they need to stay meaningful and important in the world.

Uncertainty may be the defining characteristic of our age and it requires a new kind of leadership, from everyone.
